RETURNS


The following conditions only applies to online purchases via our website www.cococabana-resortwear.com

Otherwise, for all in-store purchases please contact the relevant boutique store where you purchased your item.

Please email us if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days from your delivery date and we will happily refund, exchange or credit note your purchase provided your return has been approved via email first.

  • Only FULL PRICED items are eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

  • All items marked SALE are not eligible for a return.

  • All PROMOTIONAL items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.

  • We must receive your item back at our warehouse within 14 days from your delivery date in order to process your return.
  • All items must be returned in original condition, ie. unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached to be accepted. Items soiled with makeup, dirt, food, tanning products etc. will not be accepted.

  • All returned items will be inspected by our quality control team before your Return request is processed. If the returned item/s does NOT meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and we will notify you via email before sending back to you at your expense.

  • Please retain proof of purchase (receipt) until the refund is processed. 

  • Exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability. If your requested garment is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
  • Return postage costs will be at your expense unless we confirm that the item/s are faulty or not as ordered.
  • International returns cannot be accepted over the value of AU$1000.00 per shipment. If this is the case, please ship these items separately, at a value of less than AU$1000.00 per shipment as we will not be responsible to pay any duties to receive your returned items. If this charge occurs, it will be deducted from your refund total.

  • All customers are responsible for all applicable customs import duties and taxes on orders outside of Australia. We highly recommend you contact your local custom office for further information.

  • We are not liable for the loss or damage of any returned items during transit. Therefore, we highly recommend sending your parcel back with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the above conditions are not met.

 

SHIPPING

All online purchases are shipped within the next 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Perth, Australia via Australia Post Express.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Within Australia – *2-5 business days

  • Orders over AU$200 we offer FREE Express shipping.
  • Orders under AU$200 we offer a flat rate of AU$15.

Outside Australia – *Due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times continue to change. Please contact us and we will check for the latest delivery times according to your destination.

  • Orders over AU$200 we offer FREE Express International shipping.
  • Orders under AU$200 we offer a flat rate of AU$25.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

  • International customers are responsible for paying any and all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

  • We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information and costs. 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While Cococabana Resortwear makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you ordered is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and based on your preference, either cancel and refund that particular item or issue a store credit.
