TENCEL™
TENCEL™ fibers originate from the renewable raw material wood, created by photosynthesis. The USDA and EU Ecolabel certified biobased fibers are manufactured using an environmentally responsible production process, a unique closed loop system which recovers and reuses the solvents used, minimizing the environmental impact of production. The fibers are certified as compostable and biodegradable, and thus can fully revert back to nature.

TENCEL™ is known for their natural comfort. Other key benefits:

ECOVERO™
Manufactured only from certified and controlled wood sources and produced with significantly lower fossil energy use and water than generic viscose, ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibers are certified with the internationally recognized EU Ecolabel. This label of environmental excellence is only awarded to products and services, which have a significantly lower environmental impact throughout their lifecycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution and disposal.

A special manufacturing system enables ECOVERO™ branded viscose fibers to be identified in the final product, even after long textile processing and conversion steps through the value chain. As our environmentally conscious customer, you can be assured that we are incorporating genuine ECOVERO™ eco-responsible Viscose in our garments.

Upcycled

As often as we can we like to ‘Upcycle’ fabrics from overproduced or leftover textile orders from factories and mills. All are still new and in great condition, that just needs some love and care again just as they were first intended for. Yardage is also limited which means we can only make a small, limited edition collection and we don’t intend to reproduce these fabrics either so that we don’t contribute to any additional unnecessary wastage. As our ongoing commitment to reducing textile waste, we have also collaborated with Fabricjungle.co to create our reusable garment cloth bags using only Upcylced fabrics and off cuts.
